Overview

Bring your StatusPal uptime and incident updates directly into your Onset public page. It gives your customers a single, unified place to check service health alongside new releases.

How it works

Onset connects to your StatusPal status feed and pulls real-time component health, maintenance events, and incidents. Any change on StatusPal is mirrored in Onset without manual updates.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and StatusPal accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open StatusPal, and enter your Page Subdomain and StatusPal URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.statuspal.io).
3. Save your changes and Onset will start displaying your status information immediately.
