Overview

Show real-time uptime and ongoing incidents from Statuspage directly on your Onset public page. Your customers get a complete view of both product updates and service reliability in one place.

How it works

Onset pulls your Statuspage status data and displays current service health, components, and active incidents. If Statuspage shows a disruption, Onset reflects it instantly so users don't hunt for information across multiple sites.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and Statuspage accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open Statuspage, and enter your Statuspage URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.statuspage.io).
3. Save your changes and Onset will start displaying your status information immediately.
