Overview

Keep your system health front and center by embedding real-time status and downtime information from Status.io on your Onset page. Customers can check service reliability while reading product updates.

How it works

Onset fetches your Status.io status feed and presents your operational state, incidents, and metrics alongside your releases and roadmap. Any updates to Status.io sync instantly without manual work.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and Status.io accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open Status.io, and enter your Page ID and Status.io URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.status.io).
3. Save your changes and Onset will start displaying your status information immediately.
