Overview

Combine your product updates with clear, real-time service status by connecting Instatus. Customers see at a glance whether your platform is operating normally or experiencing issues.

How it works

Onset reads your Instatus status feed and displays uptime, incidents, and ongoing outages right next to your release notes and roadmap. Everything updates automatically as Instatus changes.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and Instatus accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open Instatus, and enter your Instatus URL (e.g., https://yourcompany.instatus.com).
3. Save your changes and Onset will start displaying your status information immediately.
