Keep your service reliability in view by embedding your incident.io status page directly in Onset. Customers can see current platform health and product updates in one place.

How it works

Onset reads your incident.io public status page and shows the current operational indicator alongside your releases and roadmap. Changes to your status are reflected automatically.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and incident.io accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open incident.io, and enter your status page URL (e.g., https://status.yourcompany.com).
3. Save your changes and Onset will start displaying your status information immediately.
