Overview

Streamline your release process by connecting GitHub to automatically generate release notes from pull requests. Save time and ensure accuracy by letting Onset compile your updates directly from your development workflow.

How it works

Once GitHub is connected, Onset can fetch pull requests from your repositories. When you create a new release in Onset, it can automatically include summaries of these pull requests, making it easy to keep your customers informed about what’s new.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and GitHub accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Connect GitHub, and authorize Onset to access your repositories.
