Overview

Send page views from your public release notes to Fathom Analytics, a simple and privacy-first tool. See what customers engage with most without cookies, personal data, or a consent banner.

How it works

Once connected, Onset loads the Fathom script on your public pages and records a page view for every release and category your visitors open. Traffic shows up in your Fathom dashboard in real time, and because Fathom is cookieless no consent prompt is required.

Setup Instructions

An admin can follow these steps to connect your Onset and Fathom accounts:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations in your workspace.
2. Open Fathom, and enter your Site ID (e.g., ABCDEFG).
3. If you serve the script from a Fathom custom domain, set a custom script host — otherwise leave it blank to use cdn.usefathom.com.
4. Save your changes and Onset will start reporting page views immediately.
